'YOU are the reason he survived': Wonderful woman saves a 2-month-old paralyzed kitten who then turns into her Christmas cat miracle

We're going to say it loud and clear: We love the online feline family so much! If it wasn't enough that we're all connected worldwide for our love of fluffy feline friends, the most wholesome creatures in creation - it's probably contagious, because cat people from all over seem to be the most helpful, caring, and dependable people you can e-meet. And they (you all) prove it again and again with the nonshalace of cats. Just making other cat pawrents' days brighter, one selfless action at a time.

And this time of need came for one cat pawrent to be, right before Christmas. When the weather is cold, the heart grows larger and warmer. This woman saw a heartbreaking sight - a kitten in the streets, all alone, paralyzed from the waist down. Seriously, how could anyone ignore this? Well, obviously, she couldn't. She took this poor soul to her house, so he wouldn't spend Christmas on the streets. But treatment costs were too high, especially because of his condition.

Saving "hard mode" cats is not an easy thing to do. But luckily for all cat pawrents worldwide - the online cat community is ready to help, to lend a helping paw, and be there at a time of need. She asked for help - and help was given. And now? The kitten lives his best life, thanks to the aid he was given, from his new hooman mama and from sweet strangers online.

  • Seeing this kitten in his previous state is a grim reminder of his past, of what could have happened if this woman hadn't able to save this little guy, and if the online cat community hadn't stepped in to do so. There are so many factors that can affect a stray cat's fate, and the number one factor in these cases is kindness. The kindness of strangers who are willing to put some of themselves to help another poor and precious soul. In this case, a paralyzed kitten. But we know it gets better, so let's continue.

    A paralysed cat walking again is nothing short of a miracle but he was young and I obviously couldn't leave him there.

  • Seeing this cat hugged tightly, loved, in a warm home, wearing warm clothes, being so well-fed and well-loved - it makes our hearts melt with happiness. And honestly, it probably does that for every cat lover who sees this kind of story. When a cat in need receives their happy ending, getting a place in their forever home, it's like a pure situation anyone can appreciate - but if you're already a cat lover yourself, you know the impact it has on your heart. It's such a heartwarming moment, and we wish that for every cat - stray or not.

    You guys have helped me and Biscoff so many times this year. He still can't walk but he's still getting physiotherapy, red light therapy and electrical stimulation therapy, thanks to you.

    I could only try all these treatments because of the funds. Sure, the chances of him walking again reduce with time but he's loved and I'll go to any corner in this world if he finds a family that will accept him.
